<p><strong>To transport a pet, you do not need to notify the airline.</strong></p>

<p>The composition of the transported medicines should not contain drugs prohibited by law.</p>
<p>In your hand luggage, you can take those medications that you may need during the flight. In order to ensure aviation safety, hypodermic needles are allowed to be carried in hand luggage only if there is a medical justification. The rules for the transportation of liquids (no more than 100 ml capacity and a total volume of no more than 1 liter) do not apply to medicines.</p>
<p>If you need prescription medications during the flight, you must have supporting documents for the drugs with you. Medicines can also be put in checked baggage.</p>
<p>Please note: the decision on the transportation of certain medicines or medical equipment by the customer is made by the airport's Aviation Security Service. Additionally, you can specify the possibility of transportation at the departure airport.</p>
<p>Pobeda Airlines does not provide storage and cooling of medicines requiring special transportation on board the aircraft.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><strong class="font-weight-bold">If your baggage has not arrived</strong>: without leaving the baggage claim hall, contact the "Baggage Search" or "Baggage Claim" counter. There it is necessary to fill out an act on the loss of baggage. After filling out the act, the application will be assigned a number and will be told what to do next. If you have not received feedback within 5 days, then fill out the form below. Baggage search is carried out within 21 days.</span></p>

There, airport staff will help you fill out a baggage damage report, tell you its number and tell you what to do next. <p>List of necessary documents for filing a claim in case of late delivery or loss of baggage:</p>
<ul>
<li>a free-form application with an address, phone number and e-mail;</li>
<li>baggage loss or damage report (original PIR);</li>
<li>receipts confirming expenses (originals);</li>
<li>baggage tag-original;</li>
<li>itinerary receipt or boarding pass (original);</li>
<li>full bank details for the transfer of compensation.</li>
