Check-in
You can check-in for your flight via two methods: online or at the airport. Please arrive at the airport in advance and read the hand baggage and baggage regulations carefully. A customer who is late for check-in or boarding is not allowed on the flight.

Begins (before the scheduled flight departure):
- 2 hours — most airports
- 2 hours 30 minutes — Dalaman, Kazan
- 2 hours 40 minutes — Murmansk
- 3 hours — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow (Sheremetyevo), Nalchik, Osh, Samara, Samarkand, Saint Petersburg, Saratov, Sochi, Stavropol (international flights), Tashkent, Istanbul
- 4 hours — Moscow (Vnukovo)
Ends (before the scheduled flight departure):
- 40 minutes — most airports
- 60 minutes — Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Istanbul
To check in, you must:
- be present in person at the airport
- show the document that you used to book the ticket at the check-in desk
- register your baggage
Boarding:
- ends 25 minutes before the scheduled flight departure
- ends 20 minutes before the scheduled flight departure from Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo) and Sochi
Check-in desk numbers are indicated on the board at the airport of departure.
Unaccompanied minors can only check in at the airport check-in desk, online check-in is not available.
Customers who have booked the extra seat option (for personal comfort or fragile baggage) must get a boarding pass for an extra seat at the check-in desk at the airport of departure before the end of flight check-in. Otherwise, the airline will not be able to provide this service.
Vnukovo Airport
You can check in for a flight at Terminal A at the desks*:
- 116-127 — check-in for domestic flights
- 127B-H — check-in for domestic flights without luggage
- 128-130 — Drop Off, baggage check-in for customers who checked-in online for domestic flights
- 131-134 — check-in for international flights, entrance to the section is after passing passport and visa control in front of the section 135
- 135-140 — Drop Off, baggage check-in for customers who checked-in online for international flights
*The number of operating check-in desks depends on the number of flights departing at the same time.
Russian citizens aged 18 and over with a biometric passport (series 75 or higher) can use the Automated Border Control system for passport checks. The automated kiosks are located in the passport control areas of both departure and arrival halls.
Sheremetyevo Airport:
Check-in and departures at Terminal D.
How to get to Terminal D:
- Taxi or car
- Express bus No. 1195D from Khovrino metro station (travel interval is 20 minutes, travel time is about 20 minutes)
- Aeroexpress from Belorussky railway station
- Interterminal train from terminals B or C (train interval is 9 minutes, travel time is 4 minutes)
