Fares and conditions
Air Fare Bundle
- The minimum fare is 499 rubles, taking into account the Charges provided for by the fare bundle application rules, and excluding the cost of additional services.
- Fare bundles may vary depending on the date and direction of the flight.
- All fares of the Airline, which are subject to special conditions of use, are special.
- The number of offers for each of the fare bundles (including the minimum fare) on each flight is limited.
- The Airline reserves the right to regulate the number of seats on sale for each of the fare bundles.
- When booking transportation on the Airline Website, no extra charges shall be levied.
- When booking transportation through Authorized Agents, Customers may be required to pay extra charges.
- When booking a transportation through the Call Center (calls are chargeable), a Charge in the amount of 600 rubles for one customer shall be levied.
- The fare bundle conditions are published on the Airline Website in the Information – Fare Bundles section.
Non-Refundable Fare Application Rules

- Information about non-refundable fare bundles ("Basic" and "Advantageous" fare bundles)
- The fare bundle application rules shall apply only to the transportation on flights operated by the Airline.
- Booking of Tickets that do not provide for the condition of the refund of the transportation fee paid under the Air Transportation Contract upon termination of the Customer's Air Transportation Contract (Tickets with non-refundable fares) shall be possible through any booking channels, including the Airline Website.
- The fare bundle application rules of the Airline regulate the fares for one-way air transportation. Fare bundles may be combined to compose types of round-trip air transportation.
- The Airline does not provide a connection between its own flights (transfers) if each flight is purchased under a separate transportation document (ticket). Transfer of Customers and Baggage shall be purchased under one transportation document (Ticket).
- No Tickets with an open departure date may be purchased.
- A Customer may carry one child under the age of 2 years without a separate seat in the aircraft cabin. On international flights for the transportation of a child without a seat in the aircraft cabin, a Charge (preferential fare) shall be applied in the amount stipulated by the conditions of the applicable fare bundle.
- Special conditions:
a) for flights on domestic air routes:
- for children aged 2 to 12 years, a discount of 50% of the fare applies;
- in the case of providing an extra seat in the aircraft cabin for a child under 2 years of age, a discount of 50% of the fare applies;
- for unaccompanied children aged 5 to 12, a 50% discount off the fare applies;
b) for flights on international air routes:
- a 90% discount off the fare applies for infants under 2 years old without provision of a separate seat (for bookings made from February 10, 2026);
- in the case of providing an extra seat in the aircraft cabin for a child under 2 years of age, the discount from the fare does not apply;
- the discount from the fare for the transportation of children aged 2 to 12 years does not apply.
- Booking Amendment
Voluntary modification of the Air Transportation Contract shall be prohibited except for the following changes:- Changes to the full name of the Customer may be made through the Call Center (calls are chargeable) no later than 4 hours before the flight departure time according to the schedule specified in the Ticket, or through the airport ticket office at least 40 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. For changing the name (surname) of the Customer, a fine shall be charged in the manner and amount stipulated by the terms of the applicable fare. It shall be prohibited to change the personal data of the Customer, creating the prerequisites for the complete replacement of the Customer for the originally purchased Ticket.
- The date, time of the flight and/or route may be changed no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure time through the Call Center (calls are chargeable) with the payment of a penalty in the amount provided for in this Appendix. In the event that the amount of the new fare exceeds the amount of the fare at which the Ticket was originally purchased, the Customer shall pay the corresponding difference in full.
- The Customer may order an additional service in the manner provided for in Clause 6.1 of the Regulations. For the provision of an additional service to the Customer, a Charge shall be levied in the manner and amount stipulated by the terms of the applicable fare bundle.
- The amount of the fine for changing the flight (date, time of departure and/or route) is provided in the Fines (Penalties) section of this Appendix.
- Refunds
- If the Customer voluntarily refuses to travel, no refund for the purchased Ticket shall be made.
- The grounds and procedure for the Customer's actions in case of forced refusal of transportation are set out in Chapter 8 of the Regulations.
If the Customer has notified the Airline about the forced cancellation of transportation after the check-in time for the flight has expired, and also in the absence of such notification, the transportation fee paid for air transportation will not be refunded to the Customer. - If a customer fails to board any flight segment and does not inform the airline of their intention to skip that segment but continue with subsequent ones, the airline's reservation system will automatically cancel all subsequent segments of the itinerary. This is in accordance with Clause 60 of Order No. 386 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on October 31, 2024.
- List and Amount of Extra Charges and Additional Services, Amount of Fines (Penalties)
The list and cost of additional services and Charges, as well as the amount of fines (penalties) are specified in the Charges for Additional Services, Fines (Penalties) sections of this Appendix and are published on the Airline Website.
- Information about non-refundable fare bundles ("Basic" and "Advantageous" fare bundles)
Refundable Fare Application Rules
- Refundable Fare Bundles Details ("Maximum" fare bundle).
- The fare bundle application rules shall apply only to the transportation on flights operated by the Airline.
- The "Maximum" fare bundle includes a one-time option for a full refund of the ticket price in case of voluntary cancellation by the Customer, provided the request is submitted no later than the check-in closed at the airport.
- The fare bundle application rules of the Airline regulate the fares for one-way air transportation. Fare bundles may be combined to compose round-trip air transportation types, but only between the same pair of cities.
- The Airline does not provide a connection between its own flights (transfers) if each flight is purchased under a separate transportation document (ticket). Transfer of Customers and Baggage shall be purchased under one transportation document (Ticket).
- No Tickets with an open departure date may be purchased.
- A Customer may carry one child under the age of 2 years without a separate seat in the aircraft cabin. On international flights for the transportation of a child without a seat in the aircraft cabin, a Charge shall be applied in the amount stipulated by the conditions of the applicable fare bundle.
- Special conditions:
a) for transportation sold from 28.12.2024, with the start of transportation from 01.01.2025 on domestic air routes:
- for children aged 2 to 12 years, a discount of 50% of the fare applies;
- in the case of providing a separate seat in the aircraft cabin for a child under 2 years of age, a discount of 50% of the fare applies;
- for unaccompanied children aged 5 to 12, a 50% discount off the fare applies;
b) for transportation on international air routes, as well as for transportation on domestic air routes sold before 28.12.2024:
- a 90% discount off the fare applies for infants under 2 years old without provision of a separate seat (for bookings made from February 10, 2026);
- in the case of providing a separate seat in the aircraft cabin for a child under 2 years of age, the discount from the fare does not apply;
- the discount from the fare for the transportation of children aged 2 to 12 years does not apply.
- Refunds
- Refund under the "Maximum" Fare Bundle.
If a Customer voluntarily refuses carriage more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time indicated on the Ticket, the fare component of the Ticket will be refunded in full. If the refusal occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, but no later than the check-in closure at the airport, a penalty fee of 25% of the fare will be charged (the penalty amount is rounded according to IATA rules). - The grounds and procedure for the Customer's actions in case of forced refusal of transportation are set out in Chapter 8 of the Regulations.

Fines (penalties)
*The cost of the service shall not be refundable in case of a change in the seat of the Customer in accordance with Clauses 6.5, 6.6 of the Regulations, if the change in seat is for reasons dependent on the Customer (inter alia, if the Customer acquires a seat that they may not take).

***The cost is indicated without the agency fee for the provision of the issuance services. On flights from UAE, the agent may charge an additional fee of 40 AED depending on the services purchased, the amount and weight of Baggage. On flights from Minsk, the amount of fines (penalties) is determined in rubles. Payment for additional services may be accepted at the check-in counter or boarding gate in EUR, AED, or the currency of the departure or arrival country.
****Please note that a partition is installed on some aircraft and, when choosing seats 1A-1C of Superior Comfort, there may be less legroom than in seats 2D-2F or in seats near the emergency exit.
*****The cost of baggage may vary depending on the departure date, route and time of purchase of baggage.
******On flights from Moscow to UAE, the service of transporting animals is not provided, except for service dogs and guide dogs.
*******It shall be prohibited to change (inter alia, make a number of consecutive changes to) the data of the Identity Document, if such a change entails the replacement of the Customer in the originally purchased Ticket.
********Applies to the «Maximum» fare bundle. The customer may cancel the flight and receive a refund. Tickets are refunded at the point of sale no later than the check-in closing time at the airport (the refund penalty amount is rounded according to IATA rules).
*********For the «Maximum» fare bundle, ticket changes are permitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure (a penalty fee of 5000 RUB or the equivalent in the currency of payment for international flights is charged for each segment on subsequent changes).
