<li>The total number of seats available for the purchase of the "Extra seat" service on the flight is limited. On an airline flight, one customer has the opportunity to purchase no more than one additional seat for baggage and no more than two additional seats for personal comfort.</li>
<li>The price of the "Extra seat" service is set at the level of the flight fare available at the time of purchase of the service in accordance with the approved airline fares.</li>
<li>The service can be issued via <a href="/en/information/contacts">the Call center</a>.</li>

<p>When purchasing a service, the customer must specify the purpose of purchasing the service and familiarize himself with the rules for providing the service and the current restrictions. The service can be used by the customer for one of the following purposes:</p>

<li><strong>A place for baggage in the cabin</strong> - makes it possible to transport fragile or valuable baggage in the aircraft cabin, including a musical instrument, a work of art, photo and video equipment, weighing no more than 32 kg and dimensions, the value of which in length, width and height does not exceed 38x40x110 cm, provided that on The package of baggage is provided with a device for attaching it to the seat. If it is not possible to use the attachment on baggage, its dimensions should not exceed 30x40x110 cm to ensure that the package is wrapped around by a standard seat belt. <li>The voluntary change of the departure date and the return of the service is carried out in accordance with the rules of application of the tariff according to which the air transportation was issued.</li>
<li>The service is non-transferable and must be used on a specific flight. No other customer can use the service, except for the customer in whose name the service was issued at the time of purchase.</li>
<li>There is no online check-in for customers who purchase the Extra seat service.</li>
<li>Valuable items (such as money, gold, jewelry, diplomatic bags) carried as baggage in the seat are accepted for carriage in accordance with local customs regulations. It is prohibited to carry dangerous goods as an additional piece of baggage in the seat.</li>
<li>When purchasing the service, it is necessary to make a choice of seats in the cabin of the aircraft. The customer's seat and an additional seat must be located side by side, on the same row and in the same block of seats in the aircraft cabin.</li>
<li>When purchasing a ticket at the "Basic" fare, the "Seat Selection" service for the customer and the "Extra seat" are paid separately in accordance with the airline's tariffs. When purchasing transportation at the "Advantageous" and "Maximum" tariffs, the "Seat selection" service is provided at no additional charge.</li>
<li>Other additional services, including "hand luggage" and "additional baggage", are not applied to the "Extra seat" service in case of purchase of the "Advantageous" and "Maximum" tariffs.</li>

<li>The "Pet on seat" service is the transportation of a pet in a carrier (dimensions not exceeding 55x35x30 cm, the weight of the carrier with the pet must not exceed 15 kg) on the adjacent seat.</li>
<li>No more than 3 pets may be inside a single carrier. The pet must be able to lie down in a natural position, stand at full height, and turn around 360 degrees. Birds must be able to spread their wings or each bird must be placed in a separate compartment.</li>
<li>The carrier must have the following design features:
<ul>
<li>A rigid or semi-rigid frame preventing it from being crushed after being secured to the seat with a seat belt</li>
<li>A handle on the top of the carrier for securing with seat belts</li>
<li>Ventilation grilles</li>
<li>A reliable locking mechanism preventing the pet from escaping on its own</li>
<li>A solid, waterproof bottom lined with absorbent material and a waterproof pad. Additional absorbent bedding is also required to maintain hygiene throughout the flight.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>The customer must cover the seat with 50x50 cm pads for protection against soiling. It is necessary to bring 2 pads sized no less than 50x50 cm on board. The service may be denied if the pads are not available.</li>
<li>For safety requirements, the customer must occupy the middle seat in a seat block, and the carrier with the pet must be placed in the window seat.</li>
<li>Seats at emergency exits are not provided to customers using the "Pet on seat" service.</li>
<li>The total number of seats available for the "Pet on seat" service on a flight is limited. One customer may purchase no more than one additional seat for pet carriage on an airline flight.</li>
<li>The ticket for the customer and the ticket for the pet, as well as the registration of the "Pet on seat" service, must be processed simultaneously. Adding the service to an existing booking is not possible.</li>

<li>Voluntary refund of the unused service is permitted simultaneously with the refund of the ticket issued for the animal, in accordance with the fare rules.</li>
<li>The service is registered separately for each flight segment. When booking a transfer itinerary, the service is registered through to the final destination.</li>
<li>Carriage of a pet without a customer is prohibited.</li>
<li>Opening the carrier and holding the pet in one's arms during the flight is prohibited.</li>
