Refund service
Change plans when tickets can be refunded!
"Refund Service":
- Allows for a voluntary refund on non-refundable "Basic" and "Advantageous" fare bundles no later than the end of check-in for the flight.
- If a refund is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure and no later than the end of check-in for the flight, a penalty fee of 25% of the fare is charged (the refund penalty amount is rounded according to IATA rules).
- Can be selected on the website www.flypobeda.ru when booking tickets for "Basic" and "Advantageous" fare bundles no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
- Costs 1500 ₽ per customer (or the equivalent in the currency of payment for an international flight) and does not depend on the number of flight segments in the booking.
- Cannot be added to previously issued tickets.
- Is non-transferable and non-refundable in case of a voluntary ticket exchange.
You can process a refund yourself via Manage Booking.
Service cost calculation example:
- 2 customers
- Moscow – Krasnoyarsk
- Total booking cost 20,000 ₽
2 customers x 1,500 ₽ = 3,000 ₽
Penalty calculation example if tickets are refunded less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure:
25 / 100 x 20,000 ₽ = 5,000 ₽
