<li>at the "Basic" and "Advantageous" fare bundles: subject to a penalty of 5,000 RUB per customer per flight segment (or the equivalent in the currency of an international flight)</li>
<li>at the "Maximum" fare bundle permitted one time without a penalty. A subsequent voluntary change will incur a penalty of 5,000 RUB (or the equivalent in the currency of an international flight)</li>
</ul>
<p>If the amount of the new fare exceeds the amount of the fare for which the ticket was originally purchased, then the difference is paid by the customer in full.</p>

<p>Due to changes in the schedule or cancellation of the flight, it is possible to exchange a ticket in any convenient way before the end of check-in for the flight:</p>

<li>swap first name/last name/patronymic</li>
<li>date of birth, series/number/expiration date of the document</li>

<p><strong>Cost:</strong></p>

<li>800 rubles for changing/correcting the data of the document (10 euros for international flights)</li>
<li>800 rubles for changing/correcting the full name (10 euros for international flights)</li>
<li>add a patronymic for free if there is no patronymic</li>
</ul>
<p>Adjustments of the customer's personal data that create prerequisites for a complete replacement of the customer for the originally purchased ticket are not allowed.</p>
