<p>If on your departure day you receive an email or SMS about a flight time change and the new departure time doesn't suit you, you can rebook for another time/date or request a refund via:</p>

<p>If you've already completed online check-in for the flight, you must cancel it before making changes or requesting a refund - this can be done on the airline's website in the <a href="/services/checkin" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Online Check-in</a> section (if still open) or by contacting the departure airport representative office.</p>
